Foxit PDF Editor 2.1 lacks some basic text editing features, such as 'search & replace', and editing multiple lines of text seemed impossible. Graphic handling features seemed to work fine. No support for documents in foreign languages. Annotation / bookmark support poor.

It was the fastest some time ago but currently adobe reader 9 is faster
