Foxit PDF Editor is a PDF editing tool for Windows users. It extends the usability of PDF document by enabling the user to edit PDF files in an easy and efficient way. It provides a user friendly editing interface and makes users feel like they are editing a common document with a commonly used editor. Foxit PDF Editor offers the flexibility to modify or customize anything in the page contents of a PDF file. After editing a PDF document with this tool, all rich features for viewing and printing provided by PDF document format remain the same.
Foxit PDF Editor is a real PDF editor, which provides editing and inserting texts, and images and graphics as well. It also has a built-in graphics or image editor, especially for graphics and image editing purposes. With the properties pane user can change attributes of any selected object. User can also change the text object by splitting it into parts and merging text objects in a line. The Layout editor window enables user to resize the page size or content size and change the page attributes. It also allows you to copy and paste text and image objects from other Windows applications. With this tool you can not only undo the modification action, but also you can undo the saving action by rolling back the saving option.

Albert Ross Foxit PDF Editor 2.1 lacks some basic text editing features, such as 'search & replace', and editing multiple lines of text seemed impossible. Graphic handling features seemed to work fine. No support for documents in foreign languages. Annotation / bookmark support poor.

Guest It was the fastest some time ago but currently adobe reader 9 is faster
